ParkingLink is a software platform for intelligent parking operations, che include:

• Sistema di riconoscimento targhe automatico
• Self-service payment kiosks
• Dashboard di monitoraggio e analytics
• Subscription and rate management
• API per integrazioni di terze parti

3. Licenza d'Uso

ParkingLink concede ai clienti una licenza non esclusiva, non trasferibile e revocabile per l'utilizzo del software e dei servizi correlati, secondo le condizioni stabilite nel contratto specifico sottoscritto.

4. User Obligations

The user undertakes to:

• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
• Keep access credentials confidential
• Promptly report any vulnerabilities or security issues
• Not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to ParkingLink, including software, design, trademarks, logos and content, are the exclusive property of Project Overlay S.r.l. or its licensors.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or use of protected material is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ParkingLink is provided "as is". While we strive to ensure maximum reliability, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free of errors or interruptions.

In no event shall Project Overlay S.r.l. be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

7. Service Levels (SLA)

Guaranteed service levels are defined in the specific contract signed with each customer. In general, we undertake to guarantee:

• 99.9% uptime for cloud services
• Technical support within 24 business hours
• Timely security updates
• Daily data backups

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the website. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of violation of these Terms, without notice and without prejudice to any further legal action.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples.
